- Rest assured, tracking information will be promptly dispatched via email upon shipment.
- Partial shipments occur based on product availability. If it's in stock, typically ship in 1-3 days. If it is not in stock, estimated lead times are presented before purchase.
- While we endeavor to provide the best service possible, occasional delays may regrettably arise beyond our control, stemming from factors such as vendor or manufacturer materials, product availability, or unexpected weather events.
Order Processing:
- Typically, in-stock items undergo processing within a timeframe of 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Please note that standard deliveries are scheduled exclusively for business days.
- We deliver to residential and business addresses, however, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
International Shipping:
Regrettably, international shipping services are not currently available. However, we extend our shipping services to all locations within the continental United States. RETURNS
We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and your satisfaction is our top priority. That's why we've crafted a hassle-free return policy with your convenience in mind. Please review the following conditions to ensure we can make this process seamless for you:
- Products must be in new / unused / unopened condition, in their original packaging, and purchased within 30 days of your return request.
- Returns must have an assigned Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (We will provide you with this when you contact us.)
- Customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless it is based on a PROTOOL error. (Examples: wrong product, damaged product)
- Returned goods must be stock products, rather than custom items. (Example – Custom Logo’d items)
- We reserve the right to reject returned goods if they are not in like new condition.
How to initiate a return – Please reach out to us directly by calling 833-423-2363 and allowing one of our agents to help you. If an agent is not available, please leave your name, preferred callback number, and order number.
